a smile makes all the difference =)
hello i'm back again :) after quite some time of hustle and bustle with gaps of still fresh air in between, here and there, everywhere :)
band fest! yepp hav been busy with that almost the whole of last week! honestly, i can't even say how it's even busy!! actually, all the logs (short for logistics, not the wood one pls) practically hav nothing to do other than shifting here and there stuff, which really only occurs on the first day and the last 2 days. even then, with so many ppl, shifting ain't all that hard work. plus the ppl there all smth against SMALL SIZED PPL!!!! all thought i couldn't handle even a little weight, as if i would collapse with just the slightest burden on my arms! so end up all taking away things for me to carry. but just as well =) conductors were great, i FINALLY get to c mr Leonard Tan conduct n rehearse - my IDOL!!!! the rehearsals just pushed deeper my obsession with him :) NO, i'm not gay!!! (mayb only for dan :) eric hammer was great too! inspiring, humorous, willing to experiment, and a connoisseur for FOOD!!! haha u really must know his meals throughout his 5 days of stay!! EVERYTHING IN SG PROBABLY ENDED UP IN HIS STOMACH!!! n poor jiahao was the one clearing the leftovers! :) concert was ok, far from great, but a commendable effort put in by the conductors and the members!
this wk's been plain and mundane except for tuesday's concert outing. what was especially great wasn't the concert (though i must admit phil youth was gud), but the company that night. haven't experienced such wonderful moments for a long time already, probably my own fault for pushing myself so far from everybody. thx xy, i enjoyed my night that night, REALLY. thx for inviting me, even if u did at ALMOST 5!!!! (mayb nex time abit earlier? =) anyhow, can't express enuf how glad i was to b out that night :)
christmas was THE most boring day of the week. talk about shopping, outing, church, wadeva!! none!! none at all!! i woke up at 12pm as usual, found nobody at home; lunch was, as usual, from that horrid coffeeshop downstairs, eat until want to puke already! (anyway i had 菜饭 - i'm sure cheryl would murder me if she heard this!) the rest of the day was at my dear com and tv, the USUAL programs and activities. everything, AS USUAL! no outing, NOTHING!!! ARGGGGG!!! made me so nostalgic of last yr's outing. i miss it.

this is what i call a PERFECT MATCH - classique!
yea that's about my hols, which r almost over. tmr got nie concert to attend. all the best to jh, sujin, lina, n juexuan :) hopefully, tmr would b as nice a day as tues :) even if it's not nice, really, it's ALL IN THE MIND, something that took me long enuf to understand!! a SMILE would make all the difference =D so CHEESE!!!

hello i'm back :)
oh well hols has been fine so far :) biological dictates sleeping hours to b 4am to 2pm, so much of my time has been slping, living up to my name, like a pig :) other than that, life's been revolving around com and tv. dun ask me wat i do on the com - a random assortment of everything, ranging from games (YES I DO PLAY GAMES), listening to music, stalking ppl (thru blogs and facebook, YES I JUST CREATED THE LATTER ONE), reading books (FINALLY I'M READING) and wat not. my dad complains i'm wasting time staring at the com for long hours - WADEVA!
oh and about books, i'm reading harry potter. yes i noe i'm ultra outdated. well it really ain't that bad, esp for someone who has nvr read anything besides textbooks n notes :) have read finished the half-blood prince over the past week and am now on the deathly hallows. really tearing, the ending of half-blood prince, really. dumbledore died, murdered, which felt like losing an important figure in my life (yes mine, somehow i must have gotten all to involved in the story). really loved his life long belief - that love was a power not to b trifled with :)
anyhow, otherwise, my live has been really uneventful these days. no flute-ing, no outings, nothing. about flute-ing, i dunno. i used to b so interested last time that it was the first thing i picked up immediately after exams. now, knowing it's probably not going to b my future (though i still strongly wish it so), and given my poor skills on it, i'm rather apprehensive of taking it up again, for fear of giving myself hope, yet to realise that it'll not last. not for life. hate to give up, yet know i have to give up, sooner or later. sometimes i think i have just wasted my 2 years of jc life totally away, which left me slipping off in my music. regret? too late for them, what's done is done. n that's that.
n i was also apprehensive about reading that post on ur blog. somehow, i wished i had not b given that honour, to have my face there and even a short paragraph. apprehensive at the comments that u might make. but, i'm glad it turned out so. i won't deny, i have made many many grave mistakes during my term of service, many unasked for and avoidable. never mind u not agreeing, 'cos neither do i when i reflect back many a time. this is not in the least to pretend nothing happened, but i'm just glad it's a 'what's done is done' thing. i nvr had the courage to really apologise out loud, as yr suggested. mayb someday, i might just b enlightened. hopefully, that day will come, soon.

never again?
sunrise or sunset, is it not followed by the other 12 hours later?
will history always repeat itself in a cyclical process?
a beginning, an ending. period.
an enthusiastic and exciting beginning; not the ideal ending, but still, a resolution to everything, a pleasant one too :)
not sure whether i'm ready to move on. or rather, i'd rather be in this current state of flux. what do i want to do, what should i do, where would my life take me, where would my faith (if any) take me... so many questions. unanswered. undecided. untouched. UNBEARABLE!
i should really take this time to think what i really want to do. with my life.
on another note, photos shall come another day, once i've gathered from ALL the cameras :) til then, adios amigo *with the spanish accent*
